Corazon Tamargo Rivera established Bona Tierra Realty in 1988. Her clientele list includes numerous Broadway stars, mainstream actors, real estate developers, international clients, and other high-net-worth individuals. Some of the prestigious and world-class New York City properties she has represented and sold include 15 Central Park West, Trump International on 1 Central Park West, Trump World Tower at 845 United Nations, Galleria at 117 East 57th Street, Centria at 18 West 48th Street, and the most expensive unit at 45 Park Avenue. Her outstanding record in sales has been duly recognized by her peers through numerous awards and citations from Extell, Related, Zeckendorf, Trump, Moinian Group, and SJP Properties. Other awards she has received include the Women’s Achievements Award for outstanding leadership in business, the Mabuhay Award (Long Live Award) in recognition of her exemplary service and invaluable contribution to the Filipino American community, and most recently, The Outstanding Filipinos in America (TOFA) Award, which was acknowledged by Philippine President Duterte and Governor Cuomo. Corazon is active in several fundraising committees and is a patron of St. Patrick’s Cathedral & Chapel of San Lorenzo Ruiz, and has chaired the Soho Film Festival and Philippine Ambassador’s Cup Golf Invitational.
